"Terrible customer support and questionable practices!"
We ordered three sets of masks to bring back to Mumbai along with a bunch of other items online. The order was made on December 5th, but tracking indicates they weren't with Royal Mail until December 11th, finally arriving at our address on December 15th. There were some strikes happening around that time, but these were the only products we ordered that didn’t make it to us before our trip back to India.
My friend returned them for us, keeping the box unopened. Respro then informed us that we could send them back, which we did without delay. It was shipped on December 21st and reached them on December 22nd. (That’s the kind of delivery I expected when I first ordered.)
Then they hit us with a 25% restocking fee. I pointed out that this goes against The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, but they had no response to that.
As of today, February 6th, I still haven’t heard back from them regarding my emails about this issue and the refund we’re owed.
I can’t comment on the product since I never got to use them, but the customer service and their attitude are just plain awful!
I noticed they don’t show their TrustPilot rating on their site; I wonder what’s up with that?
I really hope this gets them to take some action!

"Awesome Experience"
Awesome, speedy, and friendly support from the team; they’re super accommodating and helpful. I first got my ultralight mask since I spend half the year in West Africa, and the pollution was really bothering my lungs, but now I've been using it during COVID. It’s been holding strong for 2 years and is comfy for all-day wear, plus I've received tons of compliments. I also added the mask strap and pro-seal, which made a difference in fit and comfort. Definitely recommend Respro masks!

I just gotta say thanks to RESPRO UK for the amazing support I got after reaching out with a recent inquiry. I accidentally sent my request to Logistics, but they quickly got back to me and forwarded my message to Customer Service. That kind of proactive approach was a breath of fresh air compared to the usual robotic customer service we often see nowadays. Great job, RESPRO!

"WATCH OUT FOR CUSTOMS FEES!"
I ended up paying an additional 16 EUR due to EU CUSTOMS FEES. This detail is tucked away in section 21.B of the T&Cs, and they don’t give any heads-up about this fee during the buying process. The customer service was terrible: they first pointed fingers at a supposed opportunistic courier for the charge (seriously?!). Their tone was both sarcastic and disrespectful.

"A Loyal Supporter for Years"
I first got my hands on Respro masks more than 15 years back to deal with wildfire smoke, hay fever, and dust since I have asthma. They did wonders for me. Then Covid-19 hit, and my husband and I discovered these masks were perfect for our needs. If the valves acted up, we’d just toss on a lightweight mask over them. We clean ours often, and they really stand the test of time.

"Since 2014, Respro has been my go-to for..."
Since 2014, I've counted on Respro to manage my asthma and seasonal allergies, allowing me to enjoy the great outdoors. My masks, equipped with different filters, keep out a good chunk of pollen or exhaust fumes, whether I'm out enjoying nature or biking to the office. Plus, they provide some comfort when it comes to dealing with COVID. :)

"My Respro Experience Over the Years"
For more than two decades, I've been using Respro masks while cycling and riding my motorcycle in various locations. Recently, I've also relied on it for protection against Covid-19. One thing I really appreciate is that it doesn't fog up my glasses like other masks do, plus I can easily swap out the filters. However, there's a sizing problem that I wish the Respro folks would look into: I have a Medium mask, but it feels a bit tight, and I'm not exactly a large person; less than half of the velcro is keeping it secure.

"Five Years of Great Masks"
Over the last five years, I've purchased three types of masks, and they've consistently been top-notch. They really help me breathe easier in the city and even during wildfire season in California. Especially at the beginning of the pandemic, these masks were ready to go for safety. Plus, the customer service was quick and professional. I'm definitely planning to buy more soon. Thanks a bunch!!

"Customer Service and Respro Allergy Mask"
I’m really impressed with the Respro allergy mask XL and the techno filters I got six months back. The quality is top-notch, fits well, and breathes nicely. I did run into an issue with the bendable nose clip, so I reached out to the Respro customer care team. They sent me a new nose clip super fast. I’d give both the product and the service a solid 10 out of 10!
"Fantastic Customer Support"
I had a tough time getting the right fit with the mask I bought, but the service I received before and after was top-notch. It took me nearly a year to give the mask another shot (thanks to some personal stuff), but that didn’t faze their support team one bit. They respond quickly and genuinely aim to assist. It feels like they truly care and want to ensure you have a great experience with their products.

"Durable, Comfortable, and User-Friendly"
I got my Cinqro back in June 2018, and I've been using it throughout every pollen season since I'm super allergic to grass pollen. Nowadays, I find myself using it daily because of the Covid situation. I clean my four filters and mask by hand weekly, and they’re still holding up well. Just a heads up, the sizes are quite small compared to what I expected when I ordered an XL.

"Top-notch masks available today"
As a runner residing in Poland, I face a significant issue with smog. From the start of autumn until late spring, I frequently find myself running while wearing a mask. "Respro Ultralite Mask Review"
I recently picked up a Respro Ultralite mask and have been using it for a week without any issues.
